Your custom antibody production services require a unique attention to detail so that you can achieve the next biotechnology breakthrough. Inotiv matches your level of care because our scientists, veterinarians and technicians have made a commitment to providing the research community with the highest quality, reliability and consistency that biological products and custom antibody production demands.

With facilities in both the US and Europe, Inotiv Bioproducts helps researchers produce custom antibodies that customers need in a timely, quality-controlled and flexible manner. Our professionals work to fully understand customers’ requirements (testing, specifications, packaging, regulatory requirements), and then our scientists and technicians carefully produce the precise antibodies customers need to enhance their research while complying with regulations.

Overview of services

Whether for use in research, diagnostic, or therapeutic applications, Inotiv utilizes a multi-phased process with an extensive quality assurance program for the production of either monoclonal or polyclonal antibodies. Antibody production is performed at our cGMP, FDA-registered facility in the USA or our Home Office approved facility in the UK.

We also support your antibody production needs through a variety of ancillary services:

From the more traditional in vivo approach, to the leading-edge in vitro production method, to hybridoma development, Inotiv can tailor a program to meet your specific needs. Our technical staff will work with you to determine the best production approach for your research.

Monoclonal antibody production

The production of antibodies is conducted at our state-of-the-art facilities either in the US or UK, utilizing Inotiv purpose bred models. Our highly-trained personnel provide you with unparalleled expertise across a wide range of antibody services — Discover more

Hybridoma development

Individual hybridoma cells have the ability to reproduce and secrete the antibody of interest while continuing to proliferate indefinitely. Clonal cell populations are obtained by limited dilution cloning and secreted antibodies are screened for antigen specificity. Once a hybridoma clone with the required characteristics has been isolated, production is scaled up to obtain large quantities of the antibody needed for use in downstream applications — Discover more

Polyclonal antibody production

Careful planning and preparation is required to produce exceptional polyclonal antibodies for use as reagents in research, diagnostics and clinical development. Our comprehensive polyclonal antibody production service is offered in a variety of species. Using our standard protocols or following your specific protocol, we offer production in: rabbit, goat, sheep, chicken, rat, mouse, guinea pig — Discover more

Downstream antibody services

A full selection of downstream processes are available upon request. These services include, but are not limited to, purification, conjugation, isolation of fragmentation and titre determination — Discover more
