Compassion fatigue is a prevalent issue that poses significant challenges to the well-being of lab animal science professionals. Recognizing the impact on its staff, three sites within Inotiv’s preclinical toxicology groups collaborated to develop and implement compassion fatigue/resiliency programs. This webinar explores our journey to establish these programs, providing practical knowledge on initiating and sustaining compassion fatigue programs within small and large institutions.
